We accept all major credit/debit cards, SnapScan and eft payments.
Although we try our very best to ensure this never happens, and it rarely does, mistakes do happen. In the case of incorrect or damaged goods we will collect your order and replace it with the correct items at no extra charge to you.

Yes, you can search Gift Card and you'll get all the card denominations we have available.
When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order.
This confirmation indicates that your order has been received; fulfillment of your order may be impacted by stock availability. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the product to us within 7 days of receiving it – as long as your order is still in its original packaging, unopened, and intact. You may return it to us at your own cost for a full refund.
This will depend on the contents of your order and your delivery location.
Food items can be delivered the 48-72hrs after you place your order.
You’ll receive emails from us when you place an order on our website. First, we’ll confirm that we’ve received your order. Then, you'll be notified your order is on its way to you.
We do not yet deliver to all addresses in South Africa. Cold chain products are delivered only in major metropolitan areas, where we can ensure freshness on delivery. Dry products are delivered to more areas, and we are continually adding more delivery areas. If you would like to suggest a new area for deliveries, please send us an email with your details.
